    How do I know if coaching is right for me?

    Coaching is a space where you can explore parts of yourself that need attention and find practical ways to impart positive change. If this is something you are looking for, coaching could be a great way for you find a lasting way towards self transformation.

    If you are feeling ready to look inwards, have your thinking challenged, and are curious to grow, then coaching could be a great tool for your wellbeing.

    How long may it take to see practical change in my life?

    The beauty of coaching is that you are in the driver’s seat of your own change. As your coach, I promise to hold you accountable and help you find a timeline that works for you and your goals. With clear intentions, I have seen incredible shifts happen for clients even after a short time.

    Each person is on their own journey and it is important not to rush yourself when choosing to better your wellbeing.

    What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

    From the ICF (International Coaching Federation)

    “Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology, emotions and the past to understand the present, and it works more with developing skills for managing emotions or past issues than does coaching.”

    As a practitioner who values therapy, I believe coaching can be a successful tool to use in tandem with clients in therapy as long as proper boundaries and expectations are set in place.

    Is menstrual cycle coaching only for people with a “regular” menstrual cycle?

    Not at all! In fact, even if you do not currently have a menstrual cycle, this format of coaching can be incredibly insightful. All women go through different cycles of life and there are times when your menstrual cycle may look different or not be present at all.

    Menstrual cycle coaching is for any woman looking to explore her relationship to her internal rhythms, whether that be the menstrual cycle or another cyclical stage of life.

    Can you help diagnose a problem with my menstrual cycle?

    My role as a menstrual cycle coach is to help you understand potential pathways and options when it comes to your whole menstrual wellbeing. It is my responsibility to refer you on to a medical professional or other practitioner when the issue is out of my scope of expertise. I will never give medical advice but I may make suggestions or recommendations as long as consent is granted.
